Between us we have over fifty years experience in the mortgage business. Each of us has additional background in real estate and Debbie has worked in the title business, giving her valuable expertise in handling documents and closings when necessary.

Although we have extensive product knowledge and a thorough familiarity with all agency rules and regulations, we feel that the best thing we have to offer our customers is personal attention. We are in a time in the mortgage business when many companies are handing their business electronically with very little personal contact. Such practices are quite efficient and can be most useful at times. However, we still prefer the “old-fashioned” way of sitting with our customers so that we can become acquainted and can get a “feel” for what is important to them and where their priorities lie for their new home. Fax and email can definitely expedite the process, but we believe that it is important to retain the personal touch!

We look forward to speaking with you and assisting you with financing for your new home!
